Constitutional Amendments

The table below shows the amendments which are currently on the 2012 ballot for the General Election. If either the Revenue Estimating Conference or the Financial Impact Estimating Conference has considered the amendment, there will be a link to conference output. If there is no link, neither of the two conferences has analyzed the amendment. For additional information about the ballot measures, please access the Division of Elections website.

Constitutional Amendment by Citizens' Initiative
Financial Impact Estimating Conference
2012 Ballot

S. 100.371, Florida Statutes [pdf] establishes a Financial Impact Estimating Conference (FIEC) to adopt and prepare financial impact statements to accompany any proposed constitutional amendment which is placed on the ballot by citizens' initiative petition.

Information may be submitted to the Conference at any time through the Office of Economic and Demographic Research.  Submitted information will be forwarded to the appropriate principals for consideration.  Submission by email attachment is recommended.
